One of my favorite traditional Qigong forms it Eight Pieces of Brocade or the Ba Duan Jin. This form has been practiced for thousands of years. It has one of my favorite Qigong forms called ‘The Archer’. These movements are a great combination of relaxation and flow combined with moments of strength. The purpose of these exercises is to increase internal energy circulation through spiritual cultivation and physical exercises so as to improve health and fitness.
